WELCOME TO RIGA RIDZENE ROTARY CLUB!
Chartered November 29, 1996, Riga Ridzene Rotary Club represents now 29 members and 2 honorary members of socially active business leaders and outstanding professionals from many spheres.
As everywhere in the world every member of our club stands for high ethical standards and excellence in leadership. Members are expected to apply the following four questions to whatever they do:
- Is it the TRUTH?
- Is it FAIR to all concerned?
- Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
- Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
Ríga Ridzene Rotary club promotes these values among its members to serve the local as well as global community.
As a group, we are looking for in our members determination and high quality in their professional life. With an average age of about 45 years, we are typical for Rotary Clubs in Latvia. As concerns our charity projects, the success of our club is the result of a common work of its members. Our priorities are social aid to children, locally and internationally, education of the youth, club to club activities locally and internationally, a help to preserve historically significant monuments of architecture and support of the development of RotaryAct youth movement.
