The Ríga Rídzene Rotary Club meets on Tuesdays. Our traditional meeting place was Hotel Radisson Blu Ridzene, Reimersa str 1, Riga, Latvia .
Due to Corona pandemic the Hotel Radisson Blue Ridzene got closed.
We started season 2020/2021, but meetings were not regular and at different places.
Regular meetings started at 7:00 PM and were open for all Rotarians and for non-Rotarians by invitation.
The meetings gives members and guests the opportunity to enjoy Rotarian fellowship and at the same time to support the work of the Rotary Foundation with a donation that is part of the attendance fee. Usual regime included the tradition that three times a month there was a guest speaker invited, once a month – Rotary Ridzene projects were discussed.
The attendance fee is 15 EUR, including dinner. The meeting language is Latvian, but members speak English, French or German if there are guests from other Rotary clubs outside Latvia.

January 2021 – unpredictable data
As the Emergency Situation has been declared by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia until unpredictable data, the Board of the Riga Ridzene Rotary club do not organize club meetings.
Instead of it, members of the club meets each Tuesday at 19.00 in the Zoom regime. In case of interest please contact the President of the club Modris Resčevskis (modris@rotary.lv)
