Riga Ridzene Rotary club began  Year 2018/2019 coming together  for the first time Augst 31 to celebrate September 1 – the beginning of the school year in Latvia. This time among participants were also the children and grandchildren of  Rotarians. Three of Rotarian teenagers  had traveled in July to  Kuala Lumpur ( Malaysia)   as participants of the Youth exchange program organized by Kuala Lumpur Rotary club. They presented their opinion about the impressions –  people, climate, communication and  sightseeing  there.

Apart from it, Riga Ridzene Rotary club has joined the project “We are Global” organized by  Rotaract Club of South Barbados (RCSB). The proof that we have joined the project is the picture where Larisa,  the secretary of year 2018/2019 keeps WeRGlobal campaign logo. Project will last from September 1 till December 9.
